Tanara Dubinovskaja was born in 1950 in Moscow, in the former United Socialist Soviet Republic, which today is Russia. She completed her studies at the Repin Republic Art Institute. She has had exhibitions in Bulgaria, Finland, France, Germany, Poland, the United States, and Russia. Her works can be found in private collections in Australia, Brazil, Canada, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Kuwait, Poland, Sweden, Switzerland, the United States, and Russia.
