Born in Havana, Cuba (1961)

Armando Guiller studied at San Alejandro Academy of Fine Arts, Havana, Cuba. He left Cuba in 1988. He has presented solo shows at the Cira Center, Philadelphia, PA; and Oceanside Gallery, Belmar, NJ. His works have been featured in numerous group exhibitions including Havana Second Biennial of Visual Arts, Talia Gallery, Havana, Cuba (1988); Brennan Gallery, Jersey City, NJ, USA (2008); and Nkisi Projects, Miami, FL (2009). Guiller has received several awards including the Award Design Patent Granted, NJ; the First Prize II International Sculpture Symposium Baconao, Cuba; and the Honorable Mention in Sculpture, 13 de Marzo Salon, Havana, Cuba.

He resides in New Jersey.
